Key Responsibilities
- Scope & Objectives: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.
- Planning & Execution: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with program objectives and compliance standards.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with associated project managers and delivery teams to ensure clarity of objectives and timely, budget-compliant delivery.
- Dependency Management: Identify and manage technical and operational dependencies across projects, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Status & Risk Reporting: Provide transparent updates on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, sponsors, and program leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, development, QA, UX, and business teams to enable seamless project delivery.
- Governance & Best Practices: Apply and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and best practices for consistent and efficient delivery. • Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Ensure accurate project documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.
- Rollout Support: Coordinate and assist with project rollout activities to enable smooth implementation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience managing IT projects for enterprise clients, ideally involving Salesforce, SAP, or related enterprise IT systems.
- Strong organizational talent with an ownership mindset, proactive attitude, and hands-on working style.
- Ability to connect the dots across teams and workstreams — not deeply technical, but able to understand IT concepts and communicate effectively with technical experts.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating in international, multicultural environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and outstanding communication skills.
- Experience with hybrid project methodologies (e.g., Agile–Waterfall) and the ability to adapt delivery approaches.
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end project lifecycle.
- High level of self-organization, reliability, and the ability to keep multiple workstreams aligned.
- Fluent English to communicate clearly in an international environment.
