Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing business and functional requirements in terms of their testability.
- Designing, creating, and executing test plans and scenarios (both manual and automated).
- Reporting detected bugs in the system (e.g., Jira) and working closely with the development team to fix them.
- Performing functional, regression, integration, and API tests.
- Creating and developing automated scripts for web/mobile applications.
- Maintaining test documentation and ensuring transparency of QA processes within the team.
Required Skills & Experience
- At least 4 years of experience as a software tester (QA).
- Practical knowledge of test design techniques and quality assurance methodologies.
- Experience in API testing (familiarity with tools such as Postman or SoapUI).
- Basic knowledge of at least one programming language used for automation (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java).
- Knowledge of UI test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium).
- Ability to use test and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, TestRail).
- Good knowledge of browser-based developer tools (Chrome DevTools) and version control systems (Git).
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level (working with project documentation).
Nice to have
- Experience with performance testing (e.g., JMeter) or security testing.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL at a level sufficient to verify data.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
