Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, Flows)
- Lead technical design, provide consultancy and make architecture decisions aligned with Salesforce best practices (50% of work)
- Translate business requirements into high-quality, efficient technical solutions
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and performance optimization (governor limits)
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and define development standards
- Support deployments, releases, and production issue resolution (CI/CD, troubleshooting)
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex (triggers, classes, async processing) and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce data model, security (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules) and governor limits
- Experience in designing and implementing REST/SOAP integrations and working with external systems
- Proven ability to design scalable and maintainable Salesforce architecture
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Flows, including complex business logic and automation
- Experience with unit testing, test data setup, and maintaining 75%+ code coverage
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and deployment tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, and multi-org environments
