The Role
We are looking for a Product Owner to join our development team. You won't just be managing a backlog; you will be the central hub of our project lifecycle. You will navigate the transition from Sales/SOW to Development, manage UAT, and oversee the critical Maintenance phase to ensure our clients (especially in regulated GxP environments) receive flawless service.
Your Responsibilities (Based on our internal workflow)
- Requirements Bridge: Act as the primary link between the Client, Sales, and the Dev Team. You will gather requirements and translate the Sales SOW into user stories in our backlog.
- Project Kickoff & Management: Own the ClickUp workspace. You’ll be responsible for creating tasks, leading kickoffs, and ensuring the team understands the "Why" behind the "What."
- Quality & UAT: Manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase. You will triage bugs vs. Change Requests (CR) and ensure the "Release for Production" meets our high standards.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate with specialized consultants (CSOD, Veeva, etc.) to ensure custom integrations (e.g., middleware, integrations, custom UI) are aligned with client expectations.
- Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee both the Development (New Build) and Maintenance (Support/Questions/Bugs) streams. You decide what fits within the current scope and what requires a change request.
- Financial Oversight: Track project budgets and deadlines rigorously.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record working with multiple projects and technologies simultaneously. Experience in a Software House is a plus.
- Technical Literacy: Basic understanding of modern stacks (.NET, React, REST APIs, Cloud) to communicate effectively with developers. Proficiency with using LLM for your daily work is a must.
- Process Mastery: Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like ClickUp (or Jira/Azure DevOps). You should be someone who "owns the process," not just follows it.
- Industry Context: Familiarity with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD), Veeva, any QMS or EDMS is a massive plus.
- Soft Skills: Fluent in English and Polish. You must be comfortable handling "unplanned changes" and managing multiple stakeholders with different priorities. German is a plus.
- Mindset: Extreme attention to detail and a relentless focus on delivery.
