Join our global team and take part in the full delivery lifecycle of SAP SuccessFactors LMS – from client requirement workshops, system configuration, and UAT support to final production release. Key Responsibilities
- Implement the SAP SuccessFactors LMS module for clients in accordance with the established methodology—from client workshops, through configuration, to production deployment.
- Conduct workshops to gather requirements, document them, and build prototypes to verify the scope with the client.
- Configuring the solution, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and deploying and releasing it to the production environment.
- Providing consulting on the client’s industry-specific needs as well as system processes and procedures within the LMS domain.
- Working closely with Project Managers and implementation consultants—communicating project goals and status; presenting technical solutions to business stakeholders in a way that is understandable to a non-technical audience; transferring knowledge about the SuccessFactors product to the client’s team.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years of experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant or similar position.
- SAP SuccessFactors LMS certification.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations, including the LMS module
- Experience working with external clients conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and presenting solutions to business stakeholders.
- English min. B2+.
Nice to have
- Experience with implementing other SuccessFactors modules besides the LMS.
- Experience or willingness to manage a team.
