Job Description

The Administration and Reporting Specialist will be responsible for the management and update of templates, processes, methods, standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role also includes administering and maintaining data quality within central client locations. The specialist ensures correct deployment management in accordance with policies, procedures, and the CINTO methodology. Furthermore, this position will support the smooth execution of deployments and prepare dedicated reports for various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Administration & Process Management

  • Manage and update operational documentation, including templates, processes, methods, standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure proper management of deployments in alignment with established policies, procedures, and the CINTO methodology.
  • Support the smooth and efficient execution of project deployments.

Data Quality & Reporting

  • Administer and maintain high data quality within central client data repositories (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Prepare and deliver dedicated reports, analyses, and dashboards for various stakeholders and management levels.
  • Utilize advanced capabilities of MS Excel and PowerQuery for complex data manipulation and reporting.

Stakeholder Support

  • Serve as a key contact for deployment management and operational reporting inquiries.
  • Provide support for data-driven decision-making across teams.

Candidate Profile – Required Skills

  • 3 to 6 years of professional experience in an administrative, reporting, or process management role.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Expert knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Visio, with a strong emphasis on MS Excel and PowerQuery skills.
  • Familiarity and practical experience with MS SharePoint and PowerBI.
  • Language Skills:
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (at least B2+ level).
  • Proficiency in Polish enabling effective communication.
