Join our global team as a Sinequa Developer and play a key role in implementing Sinequa’s AI-powered search platform to streamline knowledge discovery across complex enterprise data. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects at the intersection of AI and data analytics, delivering cutting-edge search solutions within a flexible working model.
Key Responsibilities
- Configuration of the Sinequa platform, enterprise architecture design, and integration of security and access control mechanisms.
- Connecting data sources via specialized connectors, as well as overseeing content crawling and indexing processes.
- Optimizing search relevance and result ranking using Natural Language Processing (NLP) and AI techniques.
- Developing extensions, business logic, and API integrations using Java and Python.
- Implementing and expanding GenAI and RAG-based applications powered by enterprise data.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sinequa Developer or on a similar position.
- Hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Sinequa, with exposure to other enterprise search platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Java or Python and working knowledge of search relevance, NLP, or RAG/GenAI.
- Fluent English in speech and writing for daily team communication.
