Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Plan and distribute tasks within the team, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with product owners and business analysts to understand project goals.
- Run daily meetings, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Help the team solve technical blockers and improve their skills.
- Maintain development standards and best practices across the project.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in leading or mentoring a technical team (ideally Salesforce-focused).
- Solid hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC/Aura/JavaScript, REST/SOAP, Git).
- Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to balance technical work with team management tasks.
