What will you do with us?

Identify technical requirements, project scope and timeline including critical paths,

Coordinate and motivate technical team members, that consists of internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget,
-
Analyse project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met,
-
Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes,
-
Monitor and report on project progress and performance,
-
Establish and track key success metrics,
-
Develop and implement project controls and risk management procedures,
-
Analyse data, compare ways of working and benchmark different process flow to improve/optimize current one,
-
Support training initiatives, and prepare training materials.
Our requirements:
-
Degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field,
-
5+ years of experience as an Integration Consultant/Technical Business Analyst of complex software IT solutions (ex. LMS, ERP),
-
Min. 1+ years of experience as a Team Leader,
-
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, meeting quality standards and client requirements,
-
Exceptional communication, management, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships,
-
Expertise in business process mapping and business requirement analysis,
-
Strong analytical skills with a willingness to learn and adapt,
-
English level min. C1.
