About the role
We are looking for an IT Consultant who can confidently bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role is ideal for someone who feels comfortable working with both business stakeholders and technical teams, understands consulting environments, and thrives in international projects.
You will work closely with global clients, supporting digital and IT initiatives while translating business requirements into actionable technical concepts.
Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor between business stakeholders and technical teams

Analyze business needs and translate them into IT and system requirements

Act as SPOC for your designated customers

Participate in IT consulting projects across various domains (e.g. digital transformation, systems implementation, process optimization)

Support solution design, implementation planning, and delivery

Collaborate with international teams in an English-speaking, western business culture

Prepare documentation, presentations, and recommendations for clients
Requirements
-
General experience in IT consulting (technology, digital, systems, or similar)

Strong understanding of both business processes and IT solutions

Fluency in Korean (native or near-native)

Very good command of English (working language)

Experience with Anglo-Saxon culture – through studies abroad, international projects, or work in global organizations (USA, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, Singapore or similar)

Ability to communicate complex technical topics in a clear, business-friendly way

Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills

Location in South Korea (preferably Seoul) or willingness to work partially on-site.
