About the role
We are looking for a candidate with hands-on experience in Enterprise-grade solutions: HCM (Human Capital Management), CRM, and ERP/Systems Management Applications. The core focus of this role is actively gathering business user requirements and performing direct system configuration to ensure their optimization.
Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor between business stakeholders and technical teams

Analyze business needs and translate them into IT and system requirements

Act as SPOC for your designated customers

Participate in IT consulting projects across various domains (e.g. digital transformation, systems implementation, process optimization)

Support solution design, implementation planning, and delivery

Collaborate with international teams in an English-speaking, western business culture

Prepare documentation, presentations, and recommendations for clients
Candidate Profile & Requirements

Consulting Expertise: General experience in IT consulting (technology, digital, or systems) with a strong background in international projects or global consulting firms.

Business-IT Bridge: A powerful understanding of business processes coupled with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, business-friendly language.

Systems Mastery: Proven experience with Enterprise-grade solutions, including HCM (Human Capital Management), CRM, ERP, and Systems Management Applications.

Requirements & Configuration: Hands-on experience in gathering business user requirements and performing direct system configuration to ensure platform optimization.

Cultural & Language Proficiency: Fluency in Korean (native/near-native) and a very good command of English. Experience with Anglo-Saxon culture is essential (acquired through studies or work in the USA, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, Singapore, etc.).

Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to work effectively with distributed global teams.
