CSOD Implementation Consultant/CSOD Service Support Consultant

What will you do with us?

  • Provide consulting services for the implementation of the following CSOD products: Core, Learning, Performance; Succession, and Recruiting.
  • CSOD-related incidents investigation and analysis
  • System support for the application on 2/3 lines of IT support
  • Cooperation with other team members (developers, validation and infrastructure)
  • Continuous integration builds environment processes support
  • Project support and configuration changes together with other team members for business users and partners
  • Provide clients with business process consulting in the areas of Human Capital Management
  • Provide clients with product training, demonstrations, and walkthroughs
  • Management of test cases and their implementation
  • Contact with the vendor

What do we expect from you?

  • Knowledge of English enabling work in an international team (level C1)
  • Relevant experience in supporting HCM systems, e.g.: Cornerstone, SAP LSO, SuccessFactors, TT KF, Saba, Moodle, eFront, Blackboard,
    SumTotal, Oracle iLearning, HCM Deck, Workday, Docebo, Taleo, Microsoft Dynamics - would be a plus
  • Experience in working in IT, e.g. as a tester or help-desk/user supporter
  • Knowledge about IT support (e.g. knowledge of ITIL, operating systems, etc.)

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) - would be a plus
  • Experience in using tools for Internet content creation
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools like SNOW, HP SM, JIRA etc.
