Day-to-day, you will:

Lead deployments and manage scaling on Kubernetes in production.

Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery.

Define infrastructure requirements and oversee secure, reliable system execution.

Mentor and manage a small team (up to 3 DevOps Engineers).

Drive adoption of observability, monitoring, and logging frameworks.

Automate infrastructure using Terraform, scripting, and deployment automation.
-
Collaborate with development and platform teams to deliver highly available, cloud-native workloads.

Champion DevOps maturity and best practices across engineering.
We’re looking for someone with:
-
7+ years’ experience in a DevOps role, including 2+ years in a tech lead position.

3+ years’ experience working with public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Strong experience with containerisation and modernisation using Docker and Kubernetes.

Solid Linux infrastructure and cloud-native workload expertise.

Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

Hands-on scripting and deployment automation skills.
-
Experience with CI/CD, observability, logging, and monitoring solutions.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Familiarity with enterprise architectures, NIST cybersecurity framework, SOC2 compliance, AWS security tools, and container vulnerability scanning is a plus.
