What will you do with us?
- Requirement Gathering and Process Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze existing quality processes, and map them to Veeva QMS functionalities.
- System Configuration: Customize Veeva Vault QMS workflows, user roles, permissions, and settings to align with the organization's quality management requirements and regulatory standards.
- Regulatory Compliance Implementation: Ensure the system adheres to compliance requirements such as ISO 9001, GMP, GxP, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
- Integration with Other Systems: Design and implement integrations between Veeva QMS and other enterprise systems, such as ERP, LIMS, or CRM.
- System Testing and Validation: Conduct functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) to ensure the system meets technical and compliance requirements.
- User Training and Documentation: Deliver training sessions, create user guides, and provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption of the system.
- Post-Implementation Support: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements based on user feedback and evolving requirements.
What do we expect from you?
- Knowledge of English enabling work in an international team (level C1)
- Relevant experience in implementation, configuration or administration of Veeva Vault QMS.
- Experience in working with clients from the Swiss market will be a significant advantage. We particularly value familiarity with specific regulatory requirements, quality standards, and business culture prevalent in Switzerland.
